International Calligraphy Exhibition

  ”中國書法與手稿藝術“國際書法展覽

Chinese calligraphy is a typical traditional Chinese art form expressing ancient Chinese cosmological, religious and philosophical ideas in addition to aesthetic and literary thoughts. With the generous support from the Office of the President and the Office of the Provost as part of Dartmouth’s Year of the Arts initiative in collaboration with the Dean of the Faculty, this exhibition is designed to present both Dartmouth students’ and scholars’ calligraphy projects and outstanding calligraphic work by representative calligraphers and calligraphy professors from Asia, Europe and the United States.

Place: Baker Main Hall, Baker-Berry Library
Time: September 3 to December 23, 2013
