Dartmouth has established a centrally funded Grant Proposal Support (GrantGPS) program to support grant-writing activities across campus. In addition to facilitating access to and covering costs of professional pre-submission copy-editing, scientific editing, and outside scientific review of grant proposals, GrantGPS also organizes regular full- and half-day workshops to provide training relevant to different mechanisms (e.g., NIH R01, NIH career-development awards, and NSF research proposals). GrantGPS also provides assistance to graduate students writing ‘on-topic’ qualifying exams in the F31 format.
