Grad Student’s Research Featured by Soil Science Society of America
The Soil Science Society of America recently posted an article featuring the research of earth sciences graduate student Justin Richardson. Richardson’s work, which he and his collaborators recently published in an article in the Journal of Environmental Quality, examines lead accumulation in the organic soils of forests of the northeastern United States. The lead is from gasoline used in automobiles between the 1920s and 1970s.
