Contemporary Music Lab presents a free evening of music, noise, and sonic meditation beneath the dark vaulted transept in Rollins Chapel! Come explore a sound world filled with sonic fish, singing plants, and clangorous architecture. This location-specific performance will be a truly unique experience combining elements of music, improvisation, performance art, and theater.

Among the musical works presented by members of CML will be “Child of Tree” by American experimental composer John Cage and a new, improvisatory work by Dartmouth graduate student and composer Stefan Maier.

Join us, the International Graduate Mentorship Program (IGMP), in our first event for the 2015/2016 academic year! We will provide pizza, desserts, and awesome music at One Wheelock, Collis. This is a great chance for you to meet new graduate students from Dartmouth.
