GWISE is hosting an evening discussion to promote dialogue on gender issues in academia and industry. Please join us at Pine where Professor Cormen will discuss his experiences in encouraging women in the field of computer science. We at GWISE would love to have a diverse peer group to facilitate a constructive discussion, so this event is open to all grad students of all departments. Non-female grad students are especially encouraged to RSVP. Space is limited so please consider signing up early! Light snacks will be provided.

$250 CASH PRIZE to the best 3-5 page paper on any science policy-related topic. Papers will be judged by Dartmouth faculty who have been involved with science policy. Papers can also be revised and submitted to science policy journals. You can write as an individual or in a team.
