​ Robert MacPhee is a speaker, author, coach and consultant who specializes in helping people understand the dynamics of change, and how they can quickly and easily create new and lasting results in both their business and personal lives.

He is the Founder and President of Heart Set, Inc, which is dedicated to helping people live the lives of their dreams, and the author of the of the Manifesting for Non-Gurus book and workbook. He is also a Founding Member of the Transformational Leadership Council, a group established by Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for the SoulThe Success Principles) in 2005 that is made up of some of the most brilliant minds in the personal and professional development industry. 
 
Robert’s Manifesting for Non-Gurus approach is renowned for its effectiveness and simplicity. He has worked with leaders and other difference makers at organizations including Google, the Centers for Spiritual Living, Qualcomm, and many more.
 

Robert’s presentation at Dartmouth will focus on aligning values, beliefs, and actions for thinking, acting, and achieving on purpose​. It will also include the following:

  • Comfort zones, getting stuck, and getting out
  • The role of self-image, thoughts, & actions in results
  • The changes to make to see big changes in your life
  • What drives your sense of purpose and contribution
