This site is dedicated to exploring illiteracy and the ways that can be best used to combat it. This project was begun in order to solve a problem that the author noticed in Nicaragua. Most children only have a sixth grade education which causes a huge gap in their understanding of how the rest of the world works. With poetry as the vehicle, this website will show how the author will utilize it so that more people can have one of the most wonderful gifts that life can give, how to communicate.
