New Photography Exhibit at the Health Sciences Library: Shawna Gibbs

These photographs are part of an ongoing series, “Animal Instincts”, where I observe my young children learn to understand patience and compassion as they interact with nature and wildlife in our backyard.

Shawna Gibbs is a visual artist based in New Hampshire. Her work was recently selected for publication in PDN Photo Annual 2015 and American Photography 30; has been exhibited at the Currier Museum of Art, Minneapolis Photo Center, AVA Gallery, Panopticon Gallery; and has been featured on several prominent websites including Fraction Magazine and Lenscratch.

Shawna’s photographs will be on display at the Matthews-Fuller Health Sciences Library beginning February 4th, 2016 until April 15th, 2016.
