Summer Research for Medical Students

Join the Biomedical Librarians for a Lunch and Learn on June 8th at 12 PM to kick start your summer research! This workshop will consist of four mini-sessions covering skills and resources for engaging in biomedical research:

  • Conducting a Literature Review for Background Research (and how that’s different from answering a clinical question)
  • Citation Management
  • Basics of Data Management (Versioning, file storage, data management plans)
  • Publishing Considerations (Identifying a journal, disseminating your work, ORCiD)

Please register by June 2nd at this link: https://forms.gle/TvoURwnHu9DCCqhEA

Note: It is our expectation that this workshop will be held via Zoom. We will provide logistic information closer to the date.
