Bio: Sam Dundon earned her PhD from the Dartmouth MCB program. Her graduate and postdoctoral research was in basic cell biology, studying cell cycle and cytokinetic regulation in fungal model systems. She leveraged her research skills and leadership experience in outreach programs as a graduate student and the Yale Postdoctoral Association to land a position at the antibody company Abcam. She now leads the Cell Sciences team at the Branford, CT Abcam site interfacing with teams across the globe to generate new products and work on the company’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
