Archer Career is hosting its next recruiting seminar on Tuesday, 10/26 at 6pm ET. The focus is on the ROLE OF CONSULTANTS and the CONSULTING CAREER PATH. Also introduced are the many consulting firms, large and boutique, with a discussion of the evolution of the consulting industry to present day. Archer Career is hosting a recruiting seminar on Thurs, Oct 28, 6pm ET. The focus on the introduction to the CASE INTERVIEW. Discussion includes overall case interview expectations, skills applied, type of business issues, and other insights from students/interviewers.
This session is a valuable guide for your case practice, and will give you the foundation for CASE INTERVIEW PRACTICE SESSIONS moving forward. Understand the elements of the case interview and the skills necessary to succeed. It’s never too early to start working on your case interview prep!

Nanopath: Diagnostics for Women

Join Dartmouth Biotech Club via Zoom for a talk with the Nanopath co-founders Dr. Amogha Tadimety and Dr. Alison Burklund, recent Dartmouth graduates. They will be talking about their time as PhD students, their journey forming the company, and where they are today!

A brief bio of our speakers:

Dr. Amogha Tadimety, CEO, is a leader in translational research. Her background combines deep scientific expertise in ultrasensitive biomarker detection with industry experience in life sciences consulting and venture capital.

Dr. Alison Burklund, CTO, is pioneering novel approaches to rare biomarker capture and detection. She is passionate about improving global health through the development of low cost, rapid diagnostic systems.

AACR Science Policy Fellowship 2022-2024

Would you like to utilize your knowledge of science to help inform the policy making process in Washington D.C.? Apply to be the American Association for Cancer Research’s 2022-2024 Science Policy Fellow! 

Over the two-year paid fellowship, you will rotate through the AACR’s government affairs office, a policy role at the National Cancer Institute, and a congressional office or committee. 

The application deadline is November 21, 2021.

The fellowship is open to current or new AACR members who have earned an advanced degree (PhD, MD, DO, etc) within the past 5 years, or will complete an advanced degree before the March 2022 start date.
