The Facebook Office in Washington DC is seeking undergraduate students to join the Public Policy team for the spring or summer term!   The DC office helps to inform users, the media, partners, employees, and other stakeholders about facebook’s products and businesses.

Alongside the Facebook team, interns will work on a variety of projects and policy issues with relevance in the United States and around the world, ranging from legislature and policy analysis to content development.  Responsibilities will include researching policy areas of interest to the company, support outreach to Government, Congress, non-profit organizations, and other entities, researching internet safety policies in relation to privacy and facebook, as well as supporting Facebook’s public policy and communication activities.

Research Assistant- Internship Opportunity!

Most working professionals these days belong to or are affiliated with some sort of association or organization. These associations will often provide many benefits to members or affiliates, including but not limited to: Conferences, access to job or internship list-serves, membership databases, lists of organizational partners, workshops, webinars, trainings, and articles relating to industry trends. In addition, many professional associations provide opportunities for students as well!

After joining a professional association or organization of interest, find out ways to become involved.
Serve on a board, volunteer at a conference, network through a membership directory.
