Sport Scars
Traditional golf courses are well known environmental disaster sites, requiring the infusion of chemical baths to stay green, constant mowing and care, all of which contributes to a rewriting of the natural local eco-system. "Sport Scars" comprises two former sand traps, human-made "hazards" for golfers made from trucked in non-native materials, that are now "scarring over" with grasses and other vegetation as part of the nature's reclamation of the former golf course
