Lisa Weiss, MBA, works with healthcare delivery systems to improve the quality and cost of care through strategic planning, process improvement, and technology innovation. Lisa has played key leadership roles in building innovative organizations from the ground up, including in her roles as: CEO for the High Value Healthcare Collaborative (HVHC), a consortium of healthcare delivery systems across the country sharing data and care practices to improve quality and cost of care; COO for a start-up company that partnered with Deloitte to offer population health software and services powered by predictive analytics; and co-founder for a start-up company (later acquired by Press Ganey) that provided software solutions to collect and integrate patient-reported data into clinical practice and research. Prior to her focus on healthcare delivery and patient engagement, Lisa gained her foundational experience in healthcare leading large-scale, operational improvement projects for healthcare industry clients including pharmaceutical, medical device, and insurance companies. Lisa enjoys her opportunities to teach and mentor students at Dartmouth Tuck School of Business and Dartmouth Thayer School of Engineering. Lisa earned an MBA from Dartmouth Tuck School of Business and a BS in Computer Science from University of Michigan.
