Rachel manages Preference Laboratory projects focused on implementing clinical interventions to enhance patient-centered care and evaluating improvement efforts using patient-reported experience measurement.
Prior to joining the Coproduction Laboratory, Rachel worked at a survey research firm and at a community behavioral health center. She holds an MSc in International Economics from Lund University, Sweden and BA degrees in International Studies and French Studies from American University, Washington, DC.
