I am looking for 2 roommates who are interested in sharing a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom furnished house on Old Etna Road, Lebanon. I am a female MA student at Guarini and I am looking for other graduate students who are clean, warm, kind and cooperative roommates!

The rent is $2300 per month (includes internet bill) and for 2 smaller bedrooms it can be $725 per person, and $850 for the master bedroom. Accompanied by a spacious living room and dining hall along with a huge basement, the house also has an in-unit washer/dryer/dishwasher. The house is furnished with double-size beds, chair, desk and wardrobes along with other basic amenities.

The bus stop is only 2 minutes by walk and the house is right on AT Line (22 mins to the campus). If you have a car, the house also has 3 parking spots.

The lease starts September 2nd, 2024 and runs until July 31st, 2025.
