Come socialize with fellow postdocs at Salt Hill Pub (Hanover) from 5-7pm on Wednesday, January 27th!

The Dartmouth College Post Doctoral Association will be holding its first open meeting of 2016 on Monday January 25th at 12-1 pm in Fairchild 414. Lunch will be provided. We will be discussing upcoming events, the annual post-doc research day as well as other potential issues/concerns faced by post-docs at Dartmouth. Come out and bring your post-doc friends.

Knowing how to effectively market yourself is an essential skill for success, whether it is to prospective employers or for fellowship or grant applications. This workshop with Prof. Jennifer Loros (Department of Genetics) will cover two related topics:

1) Tactics on making a great impression during a job interview

2) The importance of creating and maintaining effective records (such as CV) of your research/academic performance.
