We aim to support and uplift the Dartmouth diabetic community, remove the associated societal stigmas and educate the public about all forms of diabetes, and fundraise for diabetes education and research, among other goals that ultimately support diabetics at Dartmouth and in the Greater Upper Valley.
Testifying for SB 102
Dartmouth Diabetes Link co-founders and Presidents Kyriakos Papasavas 28′, Coston Autry 28′, and Executive Council Member Andrew Serrano 27′ testified in the New Hampshire State Senate Education Committee in support of SB 102, which will provide resources that will enable parents and educators to identify common symptoms of Type 1 Diabetes in children, before they experience life-threatening ketoacidosis. We are grateful for the support of Senator Ward and Senator Prentiss, wo co-authored this vital piece of legislation.
