The central theme of the “DISCIPLINE: Dynamic Integration of Systems for Clinical Informatics and ImPLementation scIeNce to promote the hEalth of populations” PPG is to develop and sustain tools and methods applying implementation science and clinical informatics to promote the health of populations.
Our proposed PPG aims to create an integrated system focused on the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical informatics HDKs using healthcare artificial intelligence to promote population health. The program project will develop, refine, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models within HDKs that can be deployed in a variety of clinical environments enabling researchers to implement EHR-clinical decision support tools to improve health, reduce disease, and bridge disparities through focused, measurable dissemination strategies to promote health equity.
