Join us to learn and practice meditation! Meditation and mindfulness has been shown to help relieve stress. So not sure how to start? Come to this guided meditation session to learn how to start meditating as a beginner.
There will be two sessions, the first will run from 5:30 - 6 pm and the second will be from 6 - 6:30 pm.
