Yoga for Mental Health

To kick off National Public Health Week 2020 and bring awareness to the theme of Mental Health, The Dartmouth Institute's National Public Health Week Committee will be hosting yoga. Bring your friends and come enjoy some relaxing yoga. Snacks will be provided.
