To better protect your email, you will soon need to use Duo two-factor authentication (2FA), in addition to your Dartmouth user name and password to log in to your email on your device (laptop, desktop, tablet or phone). Not all email applications support using Duo authentication, so you may need to use a different application or update your current application to the latest version. Do you Duo?
As of May 13, 2019, you need to use Duo to log into BWA/O365 online, Dartmouth's browser-based access to email and Office 365. Duo is a two-factor authentication (2FA) service that increases the security of online communications by making it harder for someone to impersonate you.
