Students report that the Telluride film playing tonight in Dartmouth’s Hopkins center for the arts is “really something.”
“Wow,” elaborated Josh Davis ’24. “That was a film. Wow.” When asked if this was positive or negative, Davis responded. “Well, like, oh man. There’s a lot there. So much is going on.”
Film professor Amelia Branson, recalls the Telluride film she saw yesterday. “I have studied films for thirty five years. This was one. It was really, truly, extremely, very done. A movie. I sat in that theater for an hour and a half, and I did see something.”
When Audrey Jones, ’22, Hop Usher who has seen all Telluride movies this year was asked to comment, they nodded, then explained, “ahh yes. They sure are.”
At press time, sources report that three of the eight films are slated to win Oscars.
