In May 2005, I traveled to Rumbek, Southern Sudan for a week to give a seminar to leaders of the Sudanese People’s Liberation Movement on options for the design of legislative institutions for their newly autonomous region (soon to be country?).
In August 2008, I traveled to Cuba for 2 weeks with a Little League team I helped to coach. There are lots of photos, video, and other media in the above link.
Yemen 2009
