Tom Barnico ('77 ), Professor of Law at Boston College School of Law and former Assistant Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, spoke on the selection, roles, and constituencies of states' attorneys general compared to the US Attorney General, on October 25, 2019 to students in "The American Political System."

Henry Enten (’11), former Politics & Law Fellow and currently political analyst at FiveThirtyEight, spoke “Aftermath: What the 2016 Election Taught Us About Polls, Predictions and American Politics," in Filene Auditorium, Friday, February 3, 2017. Harry Enten is a senior political analyst and writer for FiveThirtyEight, a data journalism website. He studies polling and demographic trends to try and tell readers who and why candidates and parties win and lose elections. Previously, he was a writer with The Guardian in New York. Harry graduated from Dartmouth College, where he was better known for providing snowfall forecasts to students via blitz. He still loves snow.

Aharon Barak, former President of the Supreme Court of Israel and renowned legal theorist, visited Dartmouth on September 28, 2015 to talk on "Human Dignity: A Constitutional Value and Constitutional Right." Colin Harris ('13) visited campus in the spring of 2014 and 2015 to speak with classes about his experience running for elected office.  Colin ran for a seat in the Virginia House of Delegates in 2013.
