With nearly two decades of experience in higher education, Melissa brings a systems approach to instructional design and focuses on evidence-informed practices to bridge innovative technology solutions with creative inquiry and human connection. In addition to design work, she has held several teaching and academic leadership positions and maintains an active research and publication agenda.
