Join us for a conversation exploring the question of what, exactly, disaster justice means in different contexts. In the first hour, five panelists including community members and researchers will be invited to share their research and practice around the theme of disaster justice. The last half-hour will be an opportunity for students and community members who are present to converse and discuss more deeply with each other and with panelists on the theme.
The symposium will be held on Monday, October 28th, from 6 to 7:30 pm both in person and on Zoom.
In person: Dartmouth Hall, Room 105 (Google Map here). This is a white-painted brick college building with a wide stone patio in front. Parking is scarce! We recommend parking at the Hanover Parking Garage and walking (about 7 minutes) after dropping off anyone who needs to be closer. There is occasionally street parking closer to the building
