The Workshop Venue
The workshop will take place in Seminar Room 246, on the second floor of Haldeman Hall. From the hotel, walk up North Main Street (you will walk past the Green, Baker-Berry Library, and Carson Hall). Haldeman will be on your right. The walk is ca. 10 minutes.
The Hotel
Participants will stay at the Hanover Inn, located on the main campus at 2 East Wheelock, Hanover, NH 03755, phone # 603-643-4300. The hotel offers valet parking. Parking and à la carte breakfast are included for participants.
Getting to Hanover

The three most common ways to get to Hanover are:
- To fly into Boston Logan and take the “Dartmouth Coach,” a comfortable bus that picks up passengers from every terminal at the airport and drops them off directly in front of the Hanover Inn. The bus runs nine times per day (last bus departs Logan at 8:55pm) and takes a little under three hours in normal traffic. You can purchase tickets online at dartmouthcoach.com
- To fly into Manchester Airport (MHT) and take a rental car. The airport is small but very efficient, and it’s an easy 1.5-hour drive from Manchester to Hanover.
- For travelers coming from New York City: To take the Dartmouth Coach from 150E 42nd Street, which goes straight to Hanover in a little under five hours in normal traffic. It runs twice a day. Please note that the NYC Dartmouth Coach requires a reservation and can sell out quickly.
