Call for Proposals (Currently Under Review)
As in previous conferences, we welcomed proposals on any Asia-related topic.
One particular theme we will explore during this year’s conference is food and beverage in Asia. On the evening of Friday, November 1, our opening events will include a display of food-related Asian art in the new Tseng Family Gallery of Dartmouth’s Hood Museum of Art. In addition, we will have a keynote speech that evening on the topic of Japanese food culture before hosting a reception in the museum’s Atrium area.
