Graduate Programs

Integrative Neuroscience at Dartmouth (IND)
The IND program provides Ph.D. and M.D.-Ph.D. students opportunities to be educated and trained for productive careers in neuroscience research. Students utilize innovative approaches to investigate basic, translational, and clinical questions in neurobiology. The interdisciplinary nature of the IND program allows an extensive range of interactions with faculty, postdoctoral fellows, physicians, and other students. Our neuroscience faculty members represent departments that span the Arts and Sciences, the Geisel School of Medicine, the Thayer School of Engineering, and the Veteran Affairs Hospital, and have expertise in a full spectrum of neuroscience disciplines, spanning from cellular biochemistry to clinical research.
