Students are expected to arrive on time for their shifts and to note arrival/departure times to the exact minute. A tardy may be excused if you call in before the beginning of your shift to let us know that you are running late. Tardies exceeding fifteen minutes past the start time of the shift count as unexcused absences due to the strain placed on staff to cover the desk if there are conflicting meetings, etc. The first two unexcused absences result in a verbal and written warning. The third unexcused absence will result in termination.
