To expand upon the work prepared by the Student Swim Dock committee in December 2010, the College engaged Milone and MacBroom, Inc. to prepare an existing conditions survey of the riverfront. MMI then identified other locations for swimming at the riverfront. A number of locations were evaluated and an alternatives analysis was conducted (see Summary of swim dock alternative locations – January 21, 2011 ). A preferred location was found and concept plans were developed for the location.
