Robert received his Ph.D. working with Dr. Akiko Nishiyama in the Physiology and Neurobiology Department at the University of Connecticut. He then completed postdoctoral training with Dr. Jaime Grutzendler in the Neurology and Neuroscience Departments at Yale School of Medicine. He joined the Biological Sciences Department at Dartmouth in July 2018.
Twisha is a ‘22 from chocolate-town Hershey, Pennsylvania. She plans to major in Neuroscience. She is working in the lab as a Sophmore Scholar. On campus, she plays cello in the Dartmouth Chamber Orchestra. She is also involved in GlobeMed, as well as Memory Café.
Ph.D. Student – MCB program
Tim is a graduate student in Dartmouth’s MCB program. He did his undergraduate work at Santa Clara University as a Biochemistry Major.
Nikhil is a ’21 Biology and Psychology major at Dartmouth. He is working in the lab as a James O. Freedman Presidential Scholar.

Genaro is a graduate student in Dartmouth’s MCB program. He did his undergraduate work in neuroscience at the University of Rochester.
Elizabeth Pereira, Ph.D.
Beth received her Ph.D. from the University of Sao Paulo in General Physiology. Outside of the lab she is an avid 4 season hiker and enjoys oil painting, sewing and cooking international cuisine.
Leeza is a ’22 Biology and Neuroscience major at Dartmouth. She is working in the lab as a Sophomore Scholar.
