Meet our Executive Board.

The board members work together to ensure that all the pieces fit in place. They help cater to the clients' needs and help the volunteering consultants better target those needs.

Jin Hyun Cheong

Jin is a Cognitive Neuroscience PhD candidate in the Psychological and Brain Sciences department at Dartmouth College. Jin enjoys using data analytics and machine learning to solve real world problems and has participated and won awards at hackathons and case competitions. Jin successfully launched project Line@KAF that provides a virtual view of the line at the notoriously busy café at Baker-Berry library through mobile and web applications. Jin enjoys working with others while brainstorming about interesting problems, prototyping apps and ideas, and implementing solutions.

Stephanie Lee
VP Marketing

Stephanie is a 4th year PhD student in the Program of Experimental and Molecular Medicine at Dartmouth College. She investigates the development of fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD) in Dr. Hermes Yeh's lab in the Department of Molecular and Systems Biology. She graduated with honors from Amherst college with a degree in Neuroscience.

Eshin Jolly
VP Client Outreach

Eshin Jolly is a PhD candidate in the department of Psychological and Brain Sciences. In addition to his research investigating the neural bases of human social reasoning, he enjoys applying his expertise in analytics and human behavior to help solve technology and business problems. He is a co-founder of Line@KAF a successful mobile app that helps Dartmouth students plan their visits to the local campus cafe. He also consults with local businesses in the area to provide insights that help them make more informed decisions as they grow and expand their services.

Steven Ionov
VP Operations

Steven is a 1st-year PhD Innovation candidate in Bioengineering at Dartmouth college, having received two Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Chemical Engineering at New York University. Steven enjoys testing solutions to make life streamlined and efficient, from the small scale to the large. His research focuses on synthetic biology, programming cells to carry out predictable functions using genetic engineering. He aims to apply his research to probiotics and cancer therapy.

Kenneth Mark
VP Operations

Kenneth is a PhD candidate in the Molecular and Cellular Biology program at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College. He utilizes CRISPR-Cas9 genome-wide knock-out systems to understand how organelles are made and degraded in a regulated manner in Surachai Supattapone’s Lab in the Department of Biochemistry and Cell Biology. Prior to coming to Hanover, Kenneth obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Washington.

Rajan Bhandari
VP Operations


Rajan Bhandari, a native of Nepal, received a Bachelor’s of Arts from St. Olaf College in Minnesota. He worked as a laboratory technician in the Adrian Halme Lab at the University of Virginia School of Medicine before joining the Molecular Cell Biology (MCB) program at Dartmouth College. He is investigating the role of macrophages in the pathogenesis of a rare autoimmune disease called systemic sclerosis.
