2021-2022 Chairs of the SPCSA
Outreach Chair: Anastasia Perez-Ternent (she/hers)
Anastasia is a ’22 studying Film, Latin American and Caribbean Studies, and Government. She has been a member of the SPCSA since her freshman year and appreciates the various avenues of communication that the organization has with faculty, staff, and students in order to combat gender-based violence at Dartmouth. She’s primarily interested in the work the SPCSA is doing to incorporate restorative justice into alternative accountability spaces on campus and looks forward to the work the SPCSA will continue to do.
Policy Chair: Claire McMahon (she/her)
Claire is a ’22 from St. Paul, MN who is majoring in Mathematics and Economics. She joined SPCSA 20S because she feels passionately about combatting the prevalence of gender-based violence on campus. In her work as a SAPA, Claire recognized the shortcomings of resources and policies addressed toward survivors and joined SPCSA to advocate for the student and survivor voice in conversations shaping campus policy.
Outreach Chair: Gia Kim (she/her)
Gia ’22 is a Computer Science modified with Digital Arts major from Hau’ula, Hawai’i. She joined SPCSA during her sophomore year to be part of an organization that truly understands and advocates for sexual violence prevention by directly working with the administration, faculty, and students. She remains passionate and excited for the future projects SPCSA will work on to continuously address and prevent sexual violence on campus.
