About – Thayer Council

Mission Statement

Thayer Council serves as a forum for discussing the welfare of graduate engineering students at Dartmouth, facilitating communication between all members of the Thayer School community, and representing student interests at official meetings. It promotes unity and interaction through social, academic, and professional events, encourages interdisciplinary study, and integrates new students into the community. We achieve these goals by participating in administrative meetings, funding student group events, and holding regular general meetings.
