As a new tribal leader, I’m now about to eclipse one year as an elected official for the Oneida Nation, so I’m still learning. Any type of learning opportunities that are out there for me or for any other tribal leaders, I think it’s important for all of us to participate in these. It’s good to have a well-rounded group of tribal leaders and that’s what we have here.
