S. Grady Welsh

Lab Manager


Grady’s work supports community, research, and logistics in the lab and in the field. He even designed this website! Grady is interested in the biogeochemistry and biodiversity of carbon-storing ecosystems such as forests, peatlands, and marshes. He is a big fan of mosses and other bryophytes.

In his free time, Grady enjoys running, nordic skiing, and playing ultimate frisbee.
