Our Mission
The Veterans ERN provides a welcoming community for all employees who have served in the Armed Forces, current service members, military spouses or partners, family members of veterans, and all others dedicated to honoring and supporting the military community.
Our mission is to create opportunities for veterans’ professional growth, personal fulfillment, and connection across campus and the Upper Valley while recognizing their service, sacrifice, and leadership. We draw strength from the shared values of duty, honor, and commitment, and we strive to ensure every veteran and military-connected member of our community feels supported.
Through mentorship, networking, and outreach, the Veterans ERN builds camaraderie, fosters resilience, and strengthens Dartmouth’s commitment to inclusion, belonging, community, and service. Together we aim to raise awareness of veteran perspectives, celebrate their impact, and forge partnerships that honor the spirit of military service across Dartmouth and throughout the broader community.
