Mission Statement

The specific purposes and objectives of the Women in Business Organization are to increase awareness of business in the Dartmouth community by supporting, educating, and creating a network of Dartmouth women and alumni.

Weekly Meetings

Women in Business holds open weekly meetings on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30 PM. Please refer to our campus blitz, or request to join the listserv, for the location. All are welcome and invited to attend!

 Professional Development

WIB organizes and sponsors many valuable corporate networking events, panels, and workshops that teach important career skills. Every term, these include exclusive sessions for WIB members.

Tuck Business School Outreach

WIB partners with Tuck Business School organizations, including Tuck Women in Business. Co-hosted events with Tuck aim to expand and develop members’ understanding of business, professional skills, and networks. In the past, these have included Tuck Women in Business panels and case workshops.

Alumni Engagement

WIB maintains its affiliation with alumni through a termly newsletter and an alumni database. Please reach out to Women.In.Business@dartmouth.edu if you are an alum interested in sharing your experiences with undergraduate women.

Undergraduate Mentoring

WIB creates a tight-knit, well-connected network of women interested in business through its undergraduate mentoring program. Mentorship socials and events allow participants to develop lasting relationships.
