The Dartmouth Association of Medical Physics Students (AMPS) is a student-run organization for graduates enrolled in and affiliated with the CAMPEP-accredited Medical Physics Education Program. AMPS aims to help prepare students for professional certification exams, residency applications, and developing clinical exposure. Additionally, the group seeks to develop and maintain a social network of medical physics students and alumni in the broader Dartmouth community.
Members are usually graduate students within the Thayer School of Engineering, and often perform research and training at the Norris Cotton Cancer Center at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
