External Advisory Committee (EAC)
As part of its charge, the C3I External Advisory Committee (EAC) provides an annual update to the Board of Trustees and a corresponding report providing a summary of key findings and recommendations as part of its ongoing assessment of C3I and its effectiveness.

Policies in Action Working Group
The provost convened the Policies in Action (PIA) working group to identify additional policies and actions to diffuse hierarchical, power-differentiated relationships between faculty and advisees, faculty and staff, and senior faculty and junior faculty.
