We had beautiful weather for the return to the dock at URI, and many of us took turns standing outside to take in the sun and to observe the tugboat that helped us maneuver into place. As you can see in the photo, it met up with us and trailed us for a little while before we approached the dock.
We spent most of our day packing up the lab, cleaning floors and counters, and finishing up remaining analyses. The Endeavor t-shirt shop also opened today, and many purchases were made.
Dinner was not offered on the ship so we ventured out to Providence and enjoyed a short evening on the town. Vignesh and I unknowingly wore matching Endeavor shirts, which we didn’t notice until we sat down at the restaurant.
