If you need to install CrashPlan for someone who is already a Code42 user (i.e. new machine, reinstalling the app) you can use the latest CrashPlan installer available from the Crashplan console (http://console.us2.crashplan.com/)

Once installed, the CrashPlan app will launch and will ask for:

• Username = netid@dartmouth.edu
• Server address = clients.us2.crashplan.com
• CrashPlan will then:
  • Prompt for SSO login, and user signs in with their NetID and password. Duo authentication will also be required.
• You can then add a new device, or replace an existing device (i.e. adoption an existing backup archive).
