Participated in a great event at Dartmouth, co-hosted by the Dickey Center, the Brookings Institution, and the Charles Koch Institute. Along with Stephen Wertheim, Eugene Gholz, Constanze Stelzenmuller, and Jake Sullivan, we debated the costs and benefits of a more restrained and a more ambitious U.S. foreign policy.
