Training your capacity for mindfulness is as integral for high athletic performance as is training your body. The Mindful Dartmouth Initiative invites all Dartmouth sports teams (club or varsity) to take advantage of our free workshops and trainings that can be tailored for each requesting team.

Dartmouth Peak Performance offers mindfulness interventions with teams and individuals. They also have HeartMath biofeedback sensors that allow for Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measurement as well as breathing tutorials for athletes. Email Stephen.P.Gonzalez@dartmouth.edu for details.
