Dartmouth’s Mindful May inspires Courageous Action and Wellbeing

This May, join your Dartmouth community for a month of inspiring events, classes, and activities designed to nurture self-care, deepen connections, and support a mindful path to wellness.

Across the nation, May is recognized as Mental Health Awareness Month—an invitation to explore practices that support optimal health and nurture the roots of wellbeing.

Try a class that stretches your mind and body. Explore something new with a mindful approach. Sit with friends—old and new—for a shared meditation. Find your center among the pines on a nature walk. Or experience an activity that deepens your understanding of self-care and inspires you to cultivate a wellness path that truly fits you.
