“Mindful May" includes a variety of events, activities, and resources open to all Dartmouth community members (unless noted otherwise) utilizing the skills of mindfulness as a way to promote individual and community wellness.
As a part of Mental Health Action Month, you are invited to take action to engage mindfully with the world around you. Whether by building community through attending in-person practices throughout the week, or deepening your understanding of social change topics through our Friday learning/practice series, we hope this month provides a variety of opportunities to explore how mindfulness can support feelings of connection, belonging, and wellbeing.
