COSTS

DartMUN strives to be one of the most affordable high-school Model UN Conferences. These are the costs that school delegations can expect to incur by attending the conference.

DELEGATION FEES

Delegate fees for DartMUN 2025 are $85/delegate. Delegation fees will be determined based on the size of the delegation.

If you would like to register after the registration deadline of February 2nd, please reach out to us at dartmun@dartmouth.edu. Registration fees will be non-refundable starting from February 16. There is no fee for advisors. Fees cover delegate materials, room fees, and other delegate activities.

Please note that DartMUN does not provide lodging or meals. Delegations will need to find their own lodging– please see our lodging page for recommendations.

If the cost of registration poses any financial difficulty, DartMUN can provide financial aid; please email us at dartmun@dartmouth.edu and request the financial aid application. The deadline for guaranteed aid is December 15th; submitting an application by this date will guarantee your delegation will be granted financial assistance – however, because our funds are limited, we cannot guarantee that your delegation will receive the entire amount of aid requested. Financial aid applications are still accepted after the December 15th deadline on a rolling basis depending on the availability of funding.

OTHER COSTS

HOTEL/LODGING

DartMUN does not offer hotel accommodations for its delegates. Schools must find these on their own. Hotel rates in the Hanover area range from $60 to $150 per night for a four-person room. There are several inexpensive hotel options located in White River Junction, VT, and Lebanon, NH – both of which are less than a ten-minute drive from Dartmouth College.

TRANSPORTATION

All schools and delegates are responsible for their own transportation arrangements to and from the conference as well as during the conference. Local schools may choose to commute daily, but others traveling greater distances will need to plan transportation between campus and their hotel.

FOOD

Delegates are responsible for their own meals; please note that delegates are not encouraged to eat at campus dining facilities.
