Clare Downey '24, President

Clare Downey is a member of the class of 2024 at Dartmouth College where she is an intended History Major and Hispanic Studies minor. On campus, Clare is involved in the Dartmouth Democrats, research, and Sigma Delta sorority. Clare is interested primarily in the history of immigration, race, gender in American and the history of religion worldwide. Off campus, Clare has volunteered with different immigration focused NGOs and had an internship with the New Hampshire Senator Jeanne Shaheen.

Lily Hemmins '24, Vice President

Lily Hemmins, a member of the class of 2024, is pursuing a major in History modified with International Studies and a minor in Public Policy. A native of Oxford, Mississippi, Lily is interested in the intersection of history and public policy as it pertains to international relations, education, poverty, and development. She has done research with Rocky's Policy Research Shop and is a member of DREAM, Pi Lambda Sigma (a pre-professional government group) and Alpha Phi. Lily has participated in the TuckLAB Business and Entrepreneurship program at Tuck and Rocky’s First Year Fellows program. She has interned at the U.S. Department of Education, the U.S. House of Representatives, the World Resources Institute, and an education research institute. After graduation, Lily plans to work in policy before pursuing a Master’s degree of some kind.

Elan Kluger '26, Sophomore Representative 

Elan Kluger is a member of the class of 2026 at Dartmouth College where he is an intended history major and middle eastern studies minor. He is interested in intellectual history and the way ideas have shaped our modern world. In addition to his academic pursuits he is an avid runner.
